  • Hey Daddy , I'm really tired, I only got 5 hours of sleep
  • That's not good Jeffy! The average teenager from age 13-19 need about 9.25 to 9.5 hours of sleep a day. 
  • Hey Jeffy, here is a list of the hours needed of sleep. Toddlers need 10-14 hours of sleep, depending on your age. Children age 6-12 need 9-12 hours of sleep. Adults need 7-9 hours of sleep
  • 1.Awake-Eyes closed 1-10 minutes 2.Light sleep-Eyes closed, breathing slowly 3.Deep sleep-35-45 minutes after falling asleep 4.Your eyes move rapidly and you're in super deep sleep
  • To much sleep can cause increase risk in depression obesity heart disease and stroke
  • If you don't get enough sleep you will have short term problems with your memory, speech and possible hallucinations if you do not sleep for a few days. Dr. Chartier will now help you for I have another patient to go to.
