Storyboard Description

An example of giving and receiving constructive criticism

Storyboard Text

  • Good morning, David. I'd like to have a talk with you
  • about your performance this first month on the job.
  • First of all, you've done very well working with minimal supervision
  • As well as completing your assignments on time.
  • However, some of the projects you've completed on time seemed somewhat rushed, and weren't entirely up to our quality standards.
  • If you find that you truly need an extension in order to get your work done to the best of your ability, don't be afraid to ask for one. We're willing to be flexible, as long as the deadline isn't something that absolutely needs to be set in stone.
  • I'll keep that in mind moving forward, thank you.
  • From then on, David took his supervisor's advice and was able to get his assignments done on time and with quality.
