Storyboard Text

  • Hello! Today we are going to explore bees. Bees are little insects that pollinate our flowers. Pollinating is when one bee lands on a flower it's pollen goes onto little pollen sacks on bees legs.  As the bee fly's flower to flower collecting pollen some of the pollen from the other flowers drop onto the flower. That is how our plants and flowers grow.
  • This is what a bee looks like. Never swat or try to harm a bee they will only sting you if they are scared.
  • Bees pollinate all of our flowers. If we did not have bees our flowers would not grow.
