  • Frederick Grant Banting… Specialist  in medicine.
  • After graduating, Banting worked as a medical officer during World War I

  • Banting received  a Military Cross award for his bravery during a fire incident.
  • From now on wards, you will be named Sir Frederick Banting.
  • Banting later gained a curiosity for Diabetes Mellitus
  • Why is diabetes so deadly? Could there be a cure?
  • After performing some research, Frederick Banting and Charles Best learnt that the insulin hormone treated diabetes.
