Storyboard Text

  • Mr. Smith noted the majority of his students got low scores on one section of a test. Instead of giving the same feedback on every test he chose to take a different route.
  • I passed back the tests you all took last week. I noticed that many of you had trouble in the section on photosynthesis.
  • I understood it!
  • I didn't...
  • I thought I did well
  • I missed a few
  • In giving this assignment Mr. Smith is having his students write their own feedback while using extra credit points on a test as an incentive. This way his students are taking control of their own learning.
  • Instead of giving you all feedback on the questions you missed I want you to go back over your test and on a separate piece of paper write the correct answer and a short statement of why it is correct. Each one you get right will add a fourth of a point to your test grade
