  • Daedalus, I need you to build a very complex maze to put the Minotaur in
  • Daedalus, the best inventor in the lands, is tasked to build a maze for king Minos
  • Guards, lock Daedalus and his son Icarus in the tower, we do not need him anymore.
  • Daedalus and Icarusby Ryan, Taccetta (not an original work, based off of Greek mythology)
  • When Daedalus builds the labyrinth, king Minos locks him in a tower so no one will know how to escape the labyrinth
  • These wings will set us free
  • Daedalus constantly works on wings, so he and his son can finally escape the tyranny of king Minos.
  • Daedalus and Icarus prep to fly away, having freedom at last.
  • Remember son, don't fly too high or the wax on your wings will melt. Don't fly too low or you might drown
  • Icarus does not listen to his father's warning, and flies too close to the sun. The wax melts off and he drowns in the ocean before Daedalus can do anything
  • I'll never fly again!
  • The End
  • Daedalus lands in Sicily and hangs up his wings, promising to the gods he will never fly again. The island Icaria is named in Icarus's honor.
