Good morning ladies and gentlemen. We are the jury. Calling the case of Mr. Rodriguez against Mr. Tan. Are both sides ready?
Ready, your honor.
Will the witness swear in the jury to be fair and return a true verdict?
*raises right hand* I do.
On the 2nd day of November, 2020, Mr. Rodriguez filed a case against Mr. Tan for harassment and defamation that circulated across social media.
Persecution, please come to the stand.
Defense, please come to stand.
