Newton's first law states that an object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. The plane is sitting still so the net force is 0.
Newton's second law states that force equals mass times acceleration. In this example the plane is very heavy and was going very fast so it will produce a lot of force into the ground.
Newton's third law states that every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction. The planes engines are propelling it one way but the air is resisting and pushing it the other way.
