  • Hello! Today we will be going over basic kitchen safety rules while making chicken tacos.
  • The first rule is to wash off the chicken and the vegetables.
  • For cutting up the chicken you should curl your fingers into a claw and cut away from you. When you finish wash the knife immediately and put the cutting board in the sink. Also you must wash your hands.
  • Once you wash off the chicken and vegetables you have to cut them up.
  • After you finish break the lettuce into small pieces.
  • Now, grab a new cutting board and knife to cut the tomatoes up.
  • Now for cooking the chicken, in a pan place olive oil in it. Then turn on the stove to medium heat. Once the oil starts sizzling put a small piece of chicken in to see if the pan is ready. If the chicken is sizzling then put the chicken in
