Hello! Today we will be going over basic kitchen safety rules while making chicken tacos.
The first rule is to wash off the chicken and the vegetables.
For cutting up the chicken you should curl your fingers into a claw and cut away from you. When you finish wash the knife immediately and put the cutting board in the sink. Also you must wash your hands.
Once you wash off the chicken and vegetables you have to cut them up.
After you finish break the lettuce into small pieces.
Now, grab a new cutting board and knife to cut the tomatoes up.
Now for cooking the chicken, in a pan place olive oil in it. Then turn on the stove to medium heat. Once the oil starts sizzling put a small piece of chicken in to see if the pan is ready. If the chicken is sizzling then put the chicken in
