Storyboard Text

  • I must have some of my 14 points in the treaty. I need to have the League of Nation, freedom of the seas, and we must let the countries that were taken over work on self-determination
  • We must make Germany pay and be humiliated, the war was their fault. The other countries that suffered from the war must divide the spoils
  • As the Irreconcilables it is our responsibility to not let the Treaty of Versailles be supported by the United States. If we sign the treaty and join the League of Nations we will lose our independence and will be forced into foreign affairs that will only hurt us
  • We stand with you Lodge
  • I don't care what the Irreconcilables say, I Woodrow Wilson will continue to fight for the support of the Treaty of Versailles. I believe that it is for the best for the nation and the League of Nations will benefit us greatly.
  • The Senate has voted against supporting the Treaty of Versailles, specifically because of the League of Nations. Which we will not join and we will not sign the treaty.
  • The United States has made the final decision to not sign the Treaty of Versailles and will not join the League of Nations
  • France has also agreed and will sign
  • Russia agrees to the terms and will sign the treaty
