There once was a teenager named Malcolm. He went to public school even though he was Catholic. Sometimes people gave him a hard time about it.
Did you hear that Malcolm goes to Church?!
Not so loud he is sitting right beside you!
But Malcolm loved to go to church. It was a place where he felt safe and welcomed. He belived in God and Jesus and he was pround of it.
One day at school his faith was tested.
Yeah I do, why?
Hey Malcolm you don´t actually belive in God, do you?
God is real, even if you can´t see him. Don´t you believe me?
You must be crazy.
You know that God isn´t real right?
Soon the whole school thought Malcolm was crazy but Malcolm didn't back down. He didn't care if everyone thought he was crazy, he wasn't going to say something he didn't believe. Something that went against his faith.
Everyone thinks you are insane! Just tell them you were just kidding!
I can't. I will not go against my faith.
Even though the whole school thought he was different Malcolm felt like he didn't need to say anything about it. He didn't need to prove his faith in God was real because as long as Malcolm believed, no one else needed to. He knew this would blow over, but until then he would stand his ground, and the Holy Spirit would stand with him.
