Storyboard Text

  • Hey, have you ever wondered "Why do animals eat one another" well they do it for energy and it turns into a cycle called a food chain
  • This grass here absorbs the sunlight from the sun and turn it into food and energy for its self. That's the first part of the food chain
  • The next part of the food chain is when this grasshopper eats its prey grass. The energy the grass for from the sun enters the grasshopper's body but most energy doesn't come with the animal.
  • This grasshopper is prey for the frog so that frog is the preadator. Now the froh will eat the grasshopper and the frog will take some of the energy that the grasshopper had 
  • The frog has now turned into the prey and the snake is now the predator. So once the snake eats the frog the snake will receive a very little amount of energy from the frog 
  • For the final part of the food chain, the owl will now eat his prey as in the snake
