The year started off with rumors of World War III and Australia on fire, killing dozens of animals.
Then, the streets got quiet due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The whole world was issued to be quarantine inside, cancelling jobs and school.
Everyone wondered when we'll be able to enjoy outdoors again.
The world transitioned to a movement. Men, women, and children united to protest that George Floyd was murdered by a police officer.
BLACK LIVES MATTER!
It seems like the world had forgotten about the pandemic. Everyone went outside to protest for the black man that got murdered because of the color of his skin.
2020 made the world quiet by giving us troubles. Although, summer is just around the corner and Covid-19 has settled down, things haven't changed around the world.
Every month, the world faces another problem and, most of them, aren't getting solved.
There's still hope in many people's hearts. They still have hope that we can go outside without carrying a mask or gloves. That we can go outside with equality and justice served to everyone.
This year gave families and friends the opportunities to spend time with each other. It even brought a movement that will be read in the history books.
I'm entering high school next year, which something to look forward to this year. Along with seeing how 2020 ends.
In summary, I've experienced this one chaotic year in my life. 2020 changed everyone's appreciation about going outside or being with friends. And, it's a story I'm planning to telling in the future books.
