June 22, 1942. The situation was getting worse. Men were losing lives. Someone had to help. And that someone was a small boy. He didn't know it, but he was about to change the course of the war.
Even as hard as he tried. Bobby couldn't seem to convince any of the officers to let him into the military. But he wasn't someone for giving up to easily. He wasn't going to give up as difficult as it was going to be.
I took many, many days for Bobby to think of the interesting idea he had that would for sure get him in.
Even with his new look, Bobby's spirit quickly earned him a ticket to the front lines.
His squad told him not to, but he couldn't help it. He saw the shadow in the distance and knew exactly what he was to do.
To most, it was just an explosion in the distance but to Bobby, he had saved thousands of lives. This is just one o the thousands of stories that will go untold of the war
