That game took so much out of me, I need to learn how to keep my stamina up so I can play for longer.
Aiden Identified what he wanted to get better at.
He Bought new running shoes and designed a rout to run through town.
Aiden ran the route he planned and wore his new shoes every day. He started out slow and made sure to stretch before.
Aiden Made sure that he kept himself healthy and he also got some friends from the team to run with him.
After a while Aiden noticed that his legs were stronger and his muscles were not getting as tired as usual. He also didn't sweat as much.
Aiden looked back on what he had done and how it had helped him.
