Where was the kingdom of Mali? In what years have you ruled there?
Mansa Musa undertook the long journey and sacred pilgrimage of the Hajj because he was a highly devout Muslim.
Why did you go to haji?
He took control of the gold and salt trade, helping Mali to become rich and powerful.
What did sundiata do for the kingdom of Mali ?
I organized and protected his empire by creating an efficient bureaucratic government while maintaining a large army.

The entire land area of the United States of America would fit inside it.
