Welcome to my kitchen. Now lets about proteins.
Proteins are one of the most important nutrients that we need for our body.
But too much protein is too dangerous for our bodies because if you have way too much, then your liver would work way to hard and get rid of other proteins.
Protein breaks down into amino acids. which is good for your muscles, bones, blood, and body organs.
You need Proteins to build and repair tissues.
Your body needs proteins. Hair and nails are made out of proteins.
Proteins are in many types of food like for example, eggs, almonds, oats, milk, etc.
Proteins are important to building block of bones, muscles, skin, and blood.
Men need 56 grams of sugar and women need 46 grams.
