This was the First major Battle of the American Revolution . Prescott told his men to shoot low because men tend to shoot higher and it would knock out the men easier. Its significance was that inexperienced americans would go out and fight for their and overcome the British.
Shays Rebellions (Jan, 1787)
The Declaration was signed saying that nations and colonies were DECLARING independence from Great Britain. This was the actual Break-up. Its significance was that it was an important part of American democracy it has the ideals and goals for the nation itself.

We need to do something about the Articles , they just aren't doing any good
Since each state had their own money system and since they didn't have one it made it hard to trade and buy things between other states and countries.

Shays rebellion is what showed how weak the Articles of Confederation was. It was the final straw in drafting the Constitution and showing that the Articles of Confederation didn't work. Due to the rebellion the federal gov. could no longer enforce taxes upon the citizens
This was the meeting that determined how America was going to be governed, which took place in the Pennsylvania State House from May 25 - Sep. 17 , 1787 . They addressed the problems of the weak central gov. that was under the Articles of Confederations.
We need to come up with something that will help this nation , It can be called the U.S. Constitution !
My man G.W. was later elected as president in the Constitutional Convention. He was the first president of the United States. Which later led to the U.S. Constitution being written.
