Storyboard Text

  • I am leaving my wife, Charolete, and my  daughter, Anne, to become a voyageur. After a tearfull goodbye, I, Timothy Granger, set off.
  • At St. Anne, I was talking to my friend, Jacob about his children. "i want to reach home and see my kids, and cuddle with them," he said.
  • Running the rapids is so scary! Sadly, Jacob did not make it all the way across. I hope he has a very nice life in heaven.
  • We did not want to take any chances, so we hugged the side of the lake. The paddle up to Grand Portage was pretty easy, seeing as the waves were pushing us right up to the shore.
  • Grand Portage
  • At the Rendezvous, we all toasted to Jacob. "He was a good man, and he never deserved to leave." I said. Being a voyageur is fun, but hard.
  • As I walked back up to my house, Charolete ran up to me and hugged me. Soon after, Anne ran out and we all hugged each other. I decided that i would not be voyaging for a while. The End.
