  • Not being able to contain his curiosity, Jem drags Scout and Dill into attempting to give Boo a note. The plan backfires when they almost get caught by Nate. (53)
  • From then on , we considered everything we found in the knot-hole our property.
  • Jem, afraid for his relationship with Atticus, goes back for his pants he left when he ran away from the Radley house. His action confuses Scout. (56)
  • I've never  seen any these good... these are us.
