- Hi Sonali. Yes, I just got a job at a new advertising firm. How is your job at that construction company going?
- I am actually trying to search for a new job. Working at the construction site includes a lot of hard work and we don't even get paid well.
- Do you atleast get job benefits?
- No. None at all. We don't have job security and don't get any paid leaves
- That sounds awfull!
- It is. Working in the unorganized sector is not easy. I hope the working conditions at your job are better.
- Oh they are. I get paid well, I have job security and I get health benefits too. Working in the organised sector has its perks.
- That sounds nice.
- If you want I can see if there are any jobs for you at my company.
- Would you do that? Thank you so much. I would love a nice job with good working conditions.
