I don't know but I have nothing else so I will take it.
It will work I promise.
Since the sun was hotter than lava and making Frederick dizzy and sick he left to go sit next to a tree .Covey wondering where Frederick was he found him sitting next to a tree. Covey went over to Frederick and told him to get up with a fierce stare at him.
I am finally not going to be bothered by Covey.
Later Frederick Douglass ran to his master and asked him if he can come back to his plantation early. Frederick Douglass's master said no but he couldn't return to Covey. Frederick Douglass's head was spinning from the bad news his master told him. So with no other option Frederick ran into the forest.
Frederick Douglass ran into another slave named Sandy Jenkins in the forest. Sandy treated Frederick very nicely and he explained his situation to her and she listened to him. Sandy gave him a magical root that protects them from getting whipped. Frederick Douglass took it but still not really believing it could protect him from getting whipped. While he was making his way back Frederick Douglass thought to himself, "God why must i be born a slave".
Frederick Douglass came back to Covey. But to Frederick's surprise he didn't get whipped. All covey did was tell him to rub, comb, brush and feed the horses. While Frederick Douglass was doing that, Covey snuck up behind and tied him by his leg.
Covey tried to tie him as tight as a lid on a jar but with a push Frederick Douglass got out. Frederick grabbed Covey and got had a hold of him. He held him until Frederick Douglass let go of Covey after failing to get out of Frederick's hand. He had gained Covey's respect and he wasn't whipped again by Covey.
This is the end of our book and I hoped you enjoyed it.
