Okay. But first, we have to go over the steps.
I want to can applesauce for my lunches.
1. Sterilize pot and bring water to a boil. 2. Sterilize your jars, rings, and lids. 3. Add food to cans leaving 1/2 inch head space. 4. Remove air bubbles and clean jars off. 5. Put lids and rings to finger tights. 6. Put jars in water and once boiling, start your time. 7. Remove jars from water and let cool for 24 hours. 8. Check seal
Alright. Then let's get canning!
Okay. Sounds easy enough.
