- Good morning class, today we will talk about "computer hardware and software"
- Description on Computer Hardware and Software
- Hardware are the parts that make up a computer.Software are the programs which tell a computer what to do.The hardware needs the software to tell it what to do.
- Now I want each student to name and descibe a hardware.
- Computer Hardware
- Monitor. It is an output device.It shows us information from the computer on the screen.
- Mouse: The mouse is an input device.We click the buttons on the mouse to make choices and give the computer information.
- Printer: The printer is an output device.The computer sends information to the printer where it is printed on paper.
- Keyboard: The keyboard is an input device.We use it to type words, numbers and symbols.
- Computer Software
- I mentioned before that computer software are the programs that tell hardware what to do. Does any of you know computer softwares?
- Computer Software
- Windows is an example of a software (operating System). It makes my computer work! ( 1 )
- The Mouse is the hardware that I like the most, because 1) it makes it easier for me to draw and play also 2) the mouse is faster than the laptop touchpad
- Software that I wish it come in the future
- I like Google chrome the most because 1) It helps me to study and finish my school work.2) I play online games with my brother and sister in it.
- The game Subway is also a software. I play it on the computer with my sisters and have fun! (2)
