Creating uncertainty was used right in the beginning. The scene starts off during a car crash between many cars in the city. Why did he crash? where are the other people? are they okay? are questions i asked while watching.
Tense situation is when something is happening on the spot that makes you tense. In this case the old man sitting in the taxi tried biting the driver while going high speeds in the street. Intense music was playing while this scene took place.
Mood is how you feel about this scene or the whole video. The music being played makes you feel scared and the rushing of the car in traffic makes you feel adrenaline while watching.
Foreshadowing is when the author/director is trying to hint the reader/viewer about a future scene. The man was bitten but he didn't realize. The zombies walked away and he was confused as to why they were not coming for him
Cliffhanger is when an end of a scene comes and doesn't inform you of what will happen next. The zombies walked away which gave him time to realize he was bitten. Helicopters come to the rescue and then the scene ends which leaves you with questions like was he saved/
