  • A man is in his chamber late at night sad.
  • Climax
  • "Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aidenn, It shall clasp a sainted maiden who the angels named Lenore!"
  • The man is sad cause he lost the love of his life Lenore.
  • Falling Action
  • "Let that word be our sign of parting, bird of fiend!"
  • When the speaker is sitting he hes a tapping when goes to check the tapping on his window a raven flies in and perches is self above the mans chamber door
  • Conclusion 
  • After which the raven states that the man will never see Lenore again.
  • "Nevermore"
  • The bird says that he will never see Lenore again and the man gets angry and tells the bird to leave.
  • "Nevermore."
  • The poem ends with the speaker knowing that he will never see Lenore again and that he will never be happy again.
