  • After more than 700 years, the Christians recapture Spain by taking over the last territory Granada. Under the guidance of King Ferdinand V and Queen Isabella I, the Christian groups win the war against the Muslims. Now the Muslims will have to hand over the authority to them.

  • Ahhhhhhhhh!!!
  • A disappointed Sultan hands over the authority of Granada to King Ferdinand V. As this was the last territory ruled by the Muslims , they no longer rule Spain.
  • Spanish Exploration
  • A civil court was set up to to judge those who did not follow Roman Catholicism. They were questioned about their choice of not following Christianity. If they didn't accept this then they were punished.
  • Spanish Exploration
  • Non-believers were punished. Death was a possible and common way of punishing those who do not accept Christianity as their religion. Jews and Muslims were punished like this if they did not convert to Christianity.
  • Christopher Columbus feels proud of his achievement of reaching the Caribbean to take back goods  for Spain. He finds plenty gold and takes it back to Spain along with his team.
  • King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella are extremely happy with Columbus's achievement. They are determined to use these goods so they can extend Spain and make it a better country.
