Storyboard Text

  • I was tall, super smart, and kind.
  • I was too good.
  • Buddha was born a prince. In other words: he was a spoiled kid. But he was not that kind of person. He never cared that he was rich. In fact, he was born very spiritually open.
  • Good. Now breath out. In. Out.
  • Meditation
  • He was also very good in combat. He won his wife in an archery contest. But one day, all that changed. He no longer thought that everything is good because he is good.
  • Buddha was walking when he saw a sick, dead man. The man could not be saved. Buddha realized that this would happen to everyone he loved and there was no stopping it.
  • Buddha decides to leave all of his royal duties to become enlightened. He met meditation teachers and mastered all their techniques. He did this for 6 years. Did I mention he did all this secretly?
  • After a lot of attempts to find mind itself, Buddha sits down and meditates until he finds mind itself. It took six days and nights for him to finally reach enlightenment.
  • Buddha has reached enlightenment. He now shares his knowledge with anyone and everyone who listens.
