  • Is it Rumpelstiltskin?
  • Yes ma'dam. The name is Rumpelstiltskin.
  • If you can guess my name in 3 days you may keep your child.
  • Rising Action
  • You must have all the straw spun into gold or you will be dead!
  • There was a miller with a very beautiful daughter. She was so beautiful and clever and her father was very proud of her. So proud that he told the king that she can spin straw into gold.
  • Climax
  • I shall spin all of this gold, for you do not know how but I want something in return.
  • Person vs Person. The conflict is Person vs person because it is the beautiful women vs Rumpelstiltskin when she is working to keep her child and when the kind forced her to spin all of the straw into gold when she didn't know how to.
  • Falling Action
  • I will let you keep your child if you can guess my name correctly in the next 3 days. I will be back for your guesses.
  • .The king is going captured the beautiful young woman and told her to spin all of the straw into gold in 3 days or else he will kill her.

  • A  goblin appeared and told the young woman that he would spin the straw into gold but only for something in return. So she said that when she had her first child, she would give the baby to him
  • I will give you my first born child after I become queen.
  • The goblin said that if the queen could guess his name correctly she can keep her child, so the queen went around the town guessing.
  • The beautiful women guessed the goblins name right,which was Rumpelstiltskin. So she was able to keep her child and stay the queen.
