  • It starts off with Scrooge in his office getting a visit from his nephew, Fred. Fred comes in to wish Scrooge a Merry Christmas but Scrooge goes on about how he hates Christmas and how pointless it is. Fred then leaves after he notices scrooge won't budge. Cratchit then brings scrooge a visitor which is a gentleman visitor. He asks to donate to charity but Scrooge refuses, letting him down. Then, Cratchit asks to have the day off for Christmas and scrooge compiles but gives him no pay. Scrooge goes home and is mean to his house workers.
  • Falling Action
  • Im a bad person, this cant be. I have to make things right...
  • The rising action takes turns with the different spirits showing scrooge the past, present, and future. The first spirit shows Scrooge his past and old friends, lover, and boss. The second spirit shows Scrooges employee, Crachit, and how his life is. Scrooge finds out that the Crachits are really poor and have a sick child. He then feels bad because of how highly they talk of him.
  • Resolution
  • Merry Christmas!!
  • The 3rd spirit takes Scrooge to the future where Scrooge is dead and his house helpers are stealing his things. Then the spirit shows him the Crachits house and find out Tiny Tim is dead.
  • Theme
  • BAH!
  • Scrooge has a change of heart, and realizes of how bad of a person he is and wants to make things right. He gets sent back to Christmas day .
  • Scrooge goes back into town on Christmas Day. He goes up to a boy and greets him cheerfully. He asks the boy if he can bring him the big turkey and heĺl give him money. The boy complies and brings the turkey back. After he sees the gentleman from earlier and donates a lot of money. Then, a little girl guides Scrooge to Freds house and the Crachits are there. He wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, and they sing Deck the Halls, and bless everyone.
  • Dont be greedy. I say thats the theme because in the begininng we see Scrooge refusing to give. Whether that be Christmas cheer or money. After he realizes his faults, he finally gives back to others.
