- Yea, I actually wanted to talk about something about my job boss. I don't feel as if I'm being challenged enough.
- Is this a problem you would like me to fix
- Certainly, without a challenge or a push to get me out of bed I don't think I can continue working here
- Do you think that increasing that numbers of jobs you do a day will improve this?
