In New York, Dracika and her daughter are watching a sad movie in her slippers as the clock hits 10:01 pm.
here is proof!!!
this clock time is off by 5 minutes!!!
this is the perfect way to prove that you're innocent!
this is perfect for court!!
little did she know, that her evil stepdaughter, Monica caught her and recorded her breaking the law - that in New York it is forbidden to wear slippers past 10:00 pm. Monica is the plaintiff- the one who starts the court case and files a complaint/suer.
Dracika, please plead if you're innocent or not and then Monica will show her evidence.
as this video shows, she was wearing slippers past 10pm! i couldnt fall asleep because of the loud noise as she walked! so i recorded it.
the next morning, Dracika received a letter that someone complained that she was slippers past 10:00 pm. The letter said: "The slippers made it difficult for the plaintiff to fall asleep. Dracika has 5 days to find a lawyer and arrive at court." Dracika is the defendant- the person being sued and needs to defend themself in court.
this evidence is enough to be proven innocent! Dracika is innocent!!
as you see on this video, the clock behind says it is 10:00pm, but I brought the clock here and the time on this clock and the clock here are different. My clock is 5 minutes too fast.
No!!! This isnt fair!! Im appealing!!!
both Dracika, and Monica found lawyers to help them fight in court. they both discussed possible evidence to support their case.
days later, it was the day of the court case. After Dracika pleads (-states if she is innocent or not) innocent, it was time for her to show her evidence to the judge. Her evidence shows a recording of Dracika in slippers past 10:00 pm.
It was time for Dracika to present her evidence. She proved by bringing the clock that was recorded and showed how it was 5 minutes too fast. After a long time of waiting, the jury had made a decision, Dracika is proven innocent! Monica was infuriated by this and immediately appealed! Appealed - if the guilty believes the verdict was unfair and wants the case to be looked at by a higher court.
