Hi John, for dinner tonight I am planning on making Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs.
Sounds great. Just make sure to wash your hands and put an apron on.
When I make meatballs, I use seprate cutting boards so I don't cross contaminate my ground beef and vegetables.
Once I make the meatballs, I put them in the refrigerator until I need them again. So they don't get in the temperature danger zone.
Kate, while cutting the onions, make sure to cut with the knife pointing away from you to prevent cutting yourself.
If a grease fire occurs, put out the fire by covering it with a lid.
On the stovetop, saute and stir in vegetables.
Once I am done making the sauce and spaghetti, I open the lid away from me to act as a shield from the steam.
John, how do you think it was?
It was great!
