My mother called out to me. She had a deeply afraid and concerned voice.
The guy apparently ran off, which means his intentions with me were not good. My parents said they asked me what happened, and when I told then they were shocked.
My father told one of the store employees who then called the police.
Baby, don't ever leave my arms again.
I'm calling the police.
The police arrived and looked at the surveillance tapes. The man was spotted in the store tailing me before the incident happened. My mom was more shocked than i was. I was just happy to be back with my mom and dad.
My mom said that for the next couple of years, she was really attentive when it came to any of her children going anywhere with her, which is understandable.
As for the guy at the mall, he was never found. To this day, me nor my parents know who this guy was or if he still does this to other kids what he did to me. But I believe he still lives here in South Carolina.
