  • Hi Peter, it has come to my attention that you are falling behind in school and sports.
  • Peter, you might have depression. 
  • Yeah, I just haven't been feeling like normal lately. 
  • While if that's the case, how can I improve my mood and school work.
  • Some ways that you can cop with your depression is by getting more exercise, sleep, and nutrition. 
  • Ok, I'll give it a try. Thank you for the help.
  • Nothing's better than a fresh apple after a workout. 
  • Awwwww, time to go to bed a little bit earlier than normal. 
  • Peter, I've noticed that your grades have heavily improved. I'm very proud of you. 
  • Thanks Mrs. Smith, I feel like i'm back to normal.
