- I still prefer buying FRESH VEGETABLES over anything else because it is much healthier and the color of this vegetables are good, they're really fresh.
- Hmm, but for me CANNED VEGETABLES are good too. it has longer shelf life and it already has instant seasoning and sauce !
- There should also no molds, bruises or blemishes on the surface of the vegetable. And we should never forget to check if it has the right maturity so that we can really get nutrients out of it.
