  • I wish I could run away my family is so overprotective and it seems like at least you have your freedom
  • what are we going to do
  • Exposition: In the beginning Winnie is upset and confides to a toad .
  • you see were not ordinary people. 
  • help the poor little girl down why don"t you
  • Rising action: Winnie goes to the wood then she meets Jesse who is drinking from the spring. Then she wants to drink from it to but Jesse wouldn't let her.
  • rising action : Mae and Miles had caught up with them and were angry and scared so they took Winnie on there horse as that was happening Winnie felt like she was being kidnapped.
  • Rising action: First they had took Winnie to the waters to explain everything. then they went to there house were tuck was and everyone was frantic but Tuck was surprisingly happy to finally have a visitor but little did they know the man in the yellow suit was following them. then later Tuck took winnie on a boat ride to explain everything.
  • climax: The man in the yellow suit had arrived at there house making demands that they show him the spring and he will start to sell the water, or he will find it himself and make  winnie drink from it. Mae won't let that happen so she knocks him down with a shotgun dropping him on the ground just as the constable is coming.
  • Falling action: When Mae is at the jailhouse (they brought her their to hang her) the tucks and Winnie find a way to break her out since if they didn't people would find there secret. But they have to change mae with winnie and they escape during the thunder and deep rain of the night.
