  • I wish you'd look at the nursery.
  • I don't know. It's just that it's different now than it was.
  • All right let's have a look.
  • What's wrong with it?
  • Do you smell that?Did you hear that scream?
  • Watch out!George!
  • George and Lydia Hadley lived with their children Peter and Wendy in a modern house with lots of comforts. The house had much technology that they didn't have to do anything by themselves, it seemed they had a perfect life. Even their children had a nursery with artificial reality.
  • You know what? I have time to think too much. We should shut off the whole house for a few days.
  • They almost got us!
  • You should lock the nursery for a few days until I get my nerves settled.
  • Oh, my sweet Lydia. Remember they're just crystal walls. I know it looks real but it's just a mental film.
  • You know how difficult is Peter about that.
  • They got into the nursery and it was silent and empty. They stood in the center of the room and suddenly the walls started to purr and recede. Then an African veldt started to appear. They could feel the sun and smell the grass, it was too real.
  • We'll see about this.
  • Me neither
  • Africa? I don't remember any Africa
  • Tell us about Africa in the nursery.
  • That's not true. I've seen it
  • After some minutes, they saw some lions that started to came running at them. Lydia was terrified and started to run and George went after her.
  • It isn't Africa
  • Lydia was criying after she left the nursery. George tried to calm her by telling her it wasn't real. She thought it would be a good idea to turn off the nursery and the whole house and try to do the things by themselves, they had started to feel unnecessary there.
  • The parents were worried about their children were looking all this Africa issue. They decided to ask them what they saw about it but the children refused to see something like that. The children wanted to convince their parents that Africa didn't exist and everything was fine with the nursery to avoid they lock up it.
  • The children wanted their parents to see with their own eyes that Africa didn't exist, and so it was. When the parents entered to the nursery, everything was fine, there was a lovely forest with nice smells and sounds. The parents started to suspect that their children changed the nursery. They were really worried and decided to call their psychologist.
