  • May 5th 1789 was the start of the french revolution which would change the relationship between the rulers and those governed
  • Oh no please dont overthrow me and the government
  • June 20th marks the start of the tennis court oath this is a type of protest of the lower class where they stayed at a tennis court and wouldnt leave until a written constitution had been established
