Once upon a time there was an old fisherman with his wife who live by the sea. Everyday he cast his net 4 times into the sea.
One day upon casting his net he hauled up a dead horse, afraid he threw out the net again only to pull up an urn filled with sand. The third time he pulled up shards of pot. He then prayed deeply to Allah to bring him good fortune. So for the fourth time upon casting his net a small copper bottle trapped in the net sealed with a stopper written with holy words. As he opened the a genie appeared.
Thinking he was Solomon the genie thank him. He told the genie that he was not Solomon but a poor fisherman. The genie then laugh and told him that if that's the cast then he must prepare to die. Surprised, the fisherman told him that no, he owed him gratitude but the genie told him that before he made a vows that who ever release him will live happily and shall be granted 3 wishes, still no one came angrily for the third time he made a vow that whoever releases him will die.
The fisherman hurriedly think and tricked the genie by making him fit himself back to bottle which he successfully did and stopped up the bottle to imprison the genie again. The genie begged and tried to lure him but he don't want to be fooled again thinking that it was just merely another tale of the ungrateful King.
So the fisherman told the story of a king who had a terrible disease no one could cure until a doctor appeared and healed him. In gratitude, the king made him the royal doctor. The jealous vizier's whispered to the king, "That man could poison you." the king sentenced the doctor to death, but the doctor told him about the magic book he possessed that contained all the wisdom of the world. The king looked through the book, but the pages were blank. It turned out the pages were coated with poison, and the king died.
Upon telling the genie the story, the genie disagreed and told him instead that their story is more likely the story of " the Prince and the Ogre". After that they became friends, as he release the genie it led him into the woods not long after they reach a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. He then told the fisherman to throw there his net and take whatever he catch to the Sultan then the genie disappeared.
