- Good day Mrs Baleka. I come to you for assitance with Mr Michaels, who is very aggressive towards me, body shaming and ignorant.
- Good Day Namhla. I would be of your assistance with regards to your issue and will take it to he management and hold him accountable for his actions.

- Thank you very Mrs Baleka for your assistance. I was doubting of coming to work today thinking and knowing that Mr Michaels will taunt me.
- Its an absolute pleasure to assist. It is my job as a shop steward to assist employees with their grievances

- Good Day Mr Michaels, Hoping that you doing very well. I am here regarding ill-treatment of certain employees

- Moving forward , I will call in Namhla into the meeting so I hear and understand the full story of the issue then find the solution to the issue brought forward to me.

- Main issue with Namhla was her back chatting behaviour to her superiors otherwise her work performance is excellent.
- In the process of solving the grievance, I would like the both of you say what the matter is, what are the needed processes to solve the matter.
- The main issues with Mr Michaels is his very disrespectful towards me, disregard s my efforts to team work, body shames me, I work longer hours.
