Main issue with Namhla was her back chatting behaviour to her superiors otherwise her work performance is excellent.
In the process of solving the grievance, I would like the both of you say what the matter is, what are the needed processes to solve the matter.
The main issues with Mr Michaels is his very disrespectful towards me, disregard s my efforts to team work, body shames me, I work longer hours.
