This is just how any kinds of attack or anxiety related issue could come all at once

This is the doubt that can start to set in for people suffering with theses disorders
No I am not ok I have been having these thoughts that are just not that healthy and I feel we should get some help
Then the anxiety and the bad thoughts start to come into the picture and the anxiety comes in
Of causes we can, you should not feel scared to ask me anything.
With this the begin for help can be started with someone just asking if you are ok
But all you need is the strength and courage to say the truth
And in the end you will realises that not everyone is out to hurt you and you can put your trust into people and you will not get burned, especially family members and close friends
