  • Thomas Edison was an inventor.  The most famous inventions he did was the light bulb, the phonograph and the motion camera.  
  • THomas Alva Edison was born on February 11, 1847 in Milan Ohio. 
  • Thomas saved the life of a little boy.  His life changed forever because the boys father was a telegraph operator.  He was taught to be a telegraph operator.     
  • Edison traveled for years working as a telegraph operator.
  • He spent his spare time working on new inventions to get his fortune and to be famous.
  • He is most remembered for the light bulb. By 1880 he made a light bulb that worked for 1200 hours.
