Welcome to our lecture Virginia
We will discuss Women and Fiction
My Thesis is that Woman must have money and a room of her own if she is to write fiction
Virginia Woolf is invited to a lecture. The Topic is Women and Fiction
No Women Allowed
Her Thesis is that woman must have money and a room of her own if she is to write fiction
She uses Shakespeare as an example because his literature has made an impact on the world. This is because he was allowed to be educated
Woolf believes that if Shakespeare's sister was allowed to be educated she may have been a great writer too
Woolf also believes that the world has missed out on thousands of important literature because women weren't allowed to write
Woolf concludes by saying that women can do what men have done for literature if they have money and a room of her own.
