- I think I can manage work and school, do you think there is a way we can work something out. At the end of the day, it will benefit the business.
- What do you have in mind?
- One option that I have in mind is flexible work hours instead of being everyday 9-5 in the office, I will be working from home sometimes to compensate for the work that I missed.
- I have to check if it's in compliance with the company's policies.
- So maybe another option is to work an extra hour everyday and not take my lunch hour that will compensate for the 8 hours.
- I cannot promise anything yet, but let me bring these two options to administration. I will get back to you.
