I am cooking peppered shrimp Alfredo. Before I cook anything, I need to wash my hands with hot and soapy water and get out a pot filled with water to boil my noodles but you have to move the rag on the stove
Now i am cutting all the meat and veggies i need for the pasta but as you can see i am using two different cutting boards to avoid cross contamination
When cutting you foo keep the knife pointed away from you so you cant cut yourself and have proper grip on the knife.
I grab a saucepan to cook my sauce for the pasta and if a fire happens from the oil or grease never put water on it only cover it or use baking soda
when whipping up in the kitchen and you have a pot on the stove make sure the handle is turned inwards so you avoid a spill or burning yourself.
When eating your food do not let it sit out for a while after 2 hours of sitting out in 40-140 degrees it can start to grow bacteria
