  • Well simple can be unhealthy for our body, yet they are quick sources of energy.
  • They are usually found in sugars which are bad for your body as well!
  • The sugars come from table sugar, fruits, grains, milk sugar, and even occur in your blood sugar.

  • Complex hydrates are needed to regulate your digestive systems
  • However this may be confusing because they do not break down in your body
  • For example the skin of fruits and vegetables, beans, and even peas
  • Complex however are great for your body! They come from starch and fiber
