  • Yeah did you also know that the average teen needs about 1,600-2,000 calories a day
  • I did not but i'm happy that I get about that amount of calories a day.
  • I know right there is so much to food we don't even relize
  • I know did you also know that a lot of the times the breakfasts, lunch, and dinners that you eat are bad for you.
  • Did you also know that your hormones can effect how much you eat and how much you sleep.
  • That's good just make sure that you get about 1,700 calories, and that you work out, run, or jog to keep your body composition well.
  • Now this I did know 
  • Did you know that young people will often eat junk food because it is convenient.
  • I did and I am guilty of this 
  • It's okay a lot of people are it is important that you stop and eat healthier meals
  • Okay thanks I need to stop eating junk food and start eating healthier.
