Always work in a well-ventilated area
Not working in a well-ventilated area may lead to accidental inhalation of toxic fumes.
It may also lead to an inability to breathe if a fire starts and the smoke isn't properly ventilated.
To prevent this from happening, always ventilate the lab by opening the windows to let air in.
You can also turn on a fan to help air circulate through the room.
By working in a well-ventilated area, you can be assured that you are in a safe environment!
