Storyboard Text

  • Roll up your sleeves! We don't want chemicals on shirts!
  • The difference between a hazard and precaution is...
  • Keep your work space neat! Things could get knocked over and cause spills!
  • Waft the smell of chemicals! Do NOT directly sniff them! We don't want chemicals in our body!
  • A hazard is something that is wrong and or can damage something or hurt someone.
  • Never eat or drink in the lab! Food could get into the liquids and mess up your experiment!
  • Don't wear baggy clothes! They can get in materials and liquids!
  • A precaution is something someone does safely or someone is being safe.
  • Put your hair up! We don't want hair in harsh chemicals!
